Before i went to this workshop i had never heard of foiling, i really enjoyed learning a totally new thing i could use with my illustration.

I Integrated my Lino prints into the foiling induction. I used hand applied foiling adhesive, photocopies (Which uses the carbon in the photocopy as an adhesive) and screen printed foiling for detailed patterns.

I really enjoyed improvising and experimenting with foiling on different materials but the equipment isn’t always easy to get hold off and the foil can be a little expensive. It worked really well with watercolour but can overpower an image i don’t know if i’ll continue to use it.
